Tuition is due on the 1st of each month via autopay (there is NO FEE for ACH payment, there is a $4 convenience fee for credit cards). Autopay through our parent portal is required. If tuition is not paid on the 1st, a $40 late fee will automatically be applied to your account via our billing system. We understand that life happens, so please communicate with us before the 1st if you think there might be a problem with your payment so that we can work with you.
Tuition includes 47 lessons over the course of the year.

Kiddy Keys, Little Jammers, Intro to Music: $110/month
Private Lessons, Deluxe Lessons, Rock 101: $150-$160/month

You can cancel your lesson at any time via the parent portal with no advance notice. Cancellations MUST be done via the parent portal. It automatically applies "makeup lesson" credit to your account for you to use at anytime. Your makeup credit is good for 30 days. If you do not cancel via the portal, you will not receive makeup credit. To use your makeup credit, please use the parent portal to schedule your child's makeup lesson.
Makeup lessons are IF the schedule allows. There is no guarantee. If there are no times available, you will not be refunded or credited for the missed lesson. In the event we need to cancel lessons, we will hold make-up lessons or assign makeup credit to your account.
Tuition is divided into 12 equal monthly payments, making it easy for families to budget. This means the monthly rate stays the same whether there are 5 lessons, 4 lessons, or even 3 lessons in a given month (due to holidays or planned breaks). The school takes five weeks off per year for Spring Break, Fourth of July, September Staff Retreat, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. These dates will be announced in advance via email, the parent portal, and Facebook. Because you are not paying for these weeks off, there is no need for refunds, make-up lessons, or credits.

Please do not bring sick kids to lessons. Please cancel and reschedule. If we believe your child is sick, they will be sent home. This lesson will not be credited, refunded, or made up.
We promote a safe and kind environment for our students and our staff members. If you are rude to our staff, yell at them, and/or cuss at them, you will be subject to immediate termination of lessons and you will not be refunded for any tuition that has already been paid.
We take videos and photos of our students during lessons to use for marketing. By signing this policy, you agree to us using photos of your child for marketing purposes.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS

We’re here to support your family, and we know that sometimes schedules shift, finances change, or students go through seasons where lessons might not be the right fit. If you’re experiencing any challenges—whether it’s timing, cost, teacher fit, or your child’s interest—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re often able to help right away!
If you do decide to step away from lessons, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible. While our official Termination Form (found at www.InnerForteMusicLabs.com/termination) is the best way to make things official, we’re happy to begin the conversation by text, email, or in person.
Once notice is given, we ask that students complete the current month of lessons. Any tuition due during this period will still apply. Attending lessons during the final month is encouraged, not required—however, we’re unable to offer refunds for unattended lessons. Any unused makeup credits can be used before your final month concludes.
